SIMCO₂E
The Simcoe is the first commercial CO₂ heat pump water heater to be manufactured here in North America. Purpose-built for electrification in cold climates, the Simcoe is engineered to meet up to 100% of the domestic hot water demand in large commercial facilities without the need for supplemental heat. Its modular design and broad ambient operating range ensure reliable performance, delivering water temperatures up to 171°F even in conditions as cold as -15°F.

Double-Wall Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger
No separate plate heat exchanger required. With a factory-integrated double-wall brazed plate heat exchanger, installation is simplified with fewer components, less piping, and reduced labor. The result is less complexity, lower project costs, and a cleaner, more streamlined mechanical room.
